     We hope you love what you've ordered, but if something isn't quite right, we accept returns within 30 days of delivery for most items in new condition.
    To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition as you received it, unworn or unused, with tags attached, and in its original packaging.
    You will also need a receipt or proof of purchase.
    You are also eligible for a return or refund if you received the wrong item or the wrong quantity.

    To initiate a return, you can contact us at support@jumpingtail.com. If your return is accepted, we will send you instructions on how and where to send the package. Items returned to us without prior request for return will not be accepted.

    Please inspect your order upon receipt and if the item is defective, damaged or you have received the wrong item, please contact us immediately so we can evaluate the problem and correct it.
    Refunds
    We will notify you when your return has been received and inspected, and let you know if your refund has been approved. If approved, you'll be automatically refunded to your original form of payment.

    Keep in mind that your bank or credit card company may also take 3-7 business days to process and post the refund.

    For returns with non-quality problems, the return shipping fee will be borne by the buyer, and any shipping costs will not be refunded. For quality-related returns, Jumpingtail will, at its sole discretion, refund or reissue the product.
     
    How to return an item?

    Step 2: Please send back your item according to our service team's return instructions.

    Step 3: Within 3-5 days after our warehouse receives your item and approves your request, the refund will be reflected to the original payment account or credit card, depending on the bank.

    *Please note, do not send returned items to the sender address from the package you received. We will not accept any returns without contacting us first.

    The quickest way to make sure you get what you want is to return the item you have and once the return is accepted, purchase the new item separately
