Orders typically ship within 24 hours of order payment.
Our warehouse is open during standard business hours, Monday through Friday, except for national holidays, when the warehouse will be closed. In some cases, we take steps to ensure shipment delays are kept to a minimum.

Out of Stock Items

Damaged Package During Transport
If you find that the package is damaged during transport, please refuse the courier's package as much as possible and contact our customer service. If the package has been delivered in your absence, please contact customer service for follow-up steps.

The insurance amount for lost or damaged packages does not exceed the value specified by the courier. We will process refunds or replacements immediately after the courier completes the claim investigation for damaged packages during transport. For lost packages, we will handle returns and exchanges as soon as possible after the courier confirms that the package is lost.
