To initiate a return, you can contact us at support@jumpingtail.com. If your return is accepted, we will send you instructions on how and where to send the package. Items returned to us without prior request for return will not be accepted.
For any other situation not mentioned above, you can always contact us at support@jumpingtail.com with any return issues.

Please inspect your order upon receipt and if the item is defective, damaged or you have received the wrong item, please contact us immediately so we can evaluate the problem and correct it.
Keep in mind that your bank or credit card company may also take 3-7 business days to process and post the refund.
For returns with non-quality problems, the return shipping fee will be borne by the buyer, and any shipping costs will not be refunded. For quality-related returns, Jumpingtail will, at its sole discretion, refund or reissue the product.

Step 2: Please send back your item according to our service team's return instructions.
Step 3: Within 3-5 days after our warehouse receives your item and approves your request, the refund will be reflected to the original payment account or credit card, depending on the bank.
*Please note, do not send returned items to the sender address from the package you received. We will not accept any returns without contacting us first.
Return shipping
All return shipping costs will be the customer's responsibility unless there is a product damage issue.
How long do I have to return an item?
You have up to 30 days from the date you receive all items.
- All items must be in perfect condition, unused, unworn, and contain all their parts and their original tags/packaging.
- Free gifts must be undamaged, unused, unworn and returned immediately.
- Pet care products cannot be returned after use for hygienic reasons.
- Shipping charges are non-refundable.
If you haven't received your refund, please check your bank account again first. Then contact your credit card company, your refund may take 3-7 business days to process and post your refund.
